Adam Stein — Photographer
I discovered my passion for photography while attending a 2-year wilderness guiding program in Kamloops B.C. I spent the late 90’s, an old film camera in hand, deeply immersed in mountain living, ski touring and guiding, through some of the interior’s most beautiful and awe-inspiring terrain.
I feel quite fortunate that my early love of shooting evolved naturally into a photography business, focusing on outdoor editorial content for publication , and commercial work for ski resorts and tourism boards.
In 2010 my wife’s work in the fashion industry had us move our young family back to our beautiful native city of Montreal. Far from the mountains, I refocused my photography on the commercial side of fashion and product photography both in and out of the studio.
One of the best aspects of this change for me was the opportunity to collaborate with an incredibly talented group of artists. Working with a team of the city’s top stylists, make-up artists, and lighting techs, allows me to deliver the best results for my clients on all levels.
